Luctrative Commission Structure that Provides a Residual Stream of Monthly Income
Our compensation plan is an amazing 70% of the first month's rental, and 20% of every month thereafter. You receive a recurring or residual commissions for as long as your clients remain customers. The main office handles all your customer service, billing, and technical support so all you have to do is sell systems.
- Up to 70% of 1st month rental fee
- 20% of ongoing monthly rental fee
This is the commission you get every time you sell a system yourself. The nice thing about this is you continue to get 20% commission on each month's rent collected. Not just the first month, each and every month from there on.
In addition to offering the product yourself, you can also sign up other distributors and profit from their efforts as well.

Bulk Minute Commissions
Any level one system sold with a bulk minute plan added will receive 20% commission on base system rental AND toll free minutes for the first month and 20% commission on base system rental AND toll free minutes each month thereafter.
Qualifying for Commissions
We only have two requirements to receive commissions:
- You need to be renting a system yourself
- You need to obtain just one level 1 sale per month
The term "sale" means any voice system we offer. A sale can even be an existing customer who is ordering another system. The quota system was developed to promote the healthy growth of your organization and to encourage you to qualify for commissions on all six levels. In order to receive commissions on all six levels, you must have at least 10 personal (level 1) sales.
Eliminating these Qualifications for Commissions
Once you reach 15 active level 1 customers, you no longer need to obtain one level 1 sale per month in order to qualify for commissions. Your only requirement will be to be renting a system yourself. This is not a maintenance requirement, if your active level 1 customers ever declines below 15 you still will not have any requirement for product sales to qualify for commissions.

To be promoted to any of the titles listed below, you must meet all the requirements of that level. The same monthly attainment requirements are needed to receive the additional automobile allowance.

Once you attain a level, you will remain at that level for six (6) months. At the end of the six months you will be reviewed. Maintenance of a level is determined by achieving the total personal and total group volume each month. You must have maintained your personal and group volume for your level, three (3) out of six (6) months to maintain your level.
Automobile Bonus
The automobile bonus will be determined based on each separate month's production. All areas required for the automobile bonus must be met to receive the automobile bonus. If you are a Manager, yet one month you meet the requirements of a Director, you will receive the automobile bonus for Director and maintain your Manager position until your six-month Manager review.
