Incoming Rate
Incoming calls involve only one party (e.g. a person or fax machine) calling your toll-free system. Example uses include receiving faxes, a caller listening to information or leaving a voicemail as well you recording outbound messages.
Live Rate
Live or connected calls are calls involving two parties (usually 2 people having a conversation). Examples include call routing using the Follow-Me-Live Call Transfer feature or outbound calling using the Virtual Calling Card.
Pay As You Go
You will be billed 6.9¢ per minute for incoming calls and an additional 4.4¢ per minute for live calls. These minutes are billed in 6-second increments.
Bulk Minute Plans
Bulk minutes apply to domestic U.S. calls only. Calls to and from Canada will be billed at the "Pay As You Go" rate. Minutes expire at the end of each monthly term and are charged monthly along with the monthly system rental. Live calls are actually two separate calls connected together, thus reduce your bulk minutes by 2 minutes for every 1 minute of usage.
Bulk Minute Overage Fees
Minutes in excess of your bulk plan minutes are charged at the default "Pay As You Go" rate. If you go over your bulk minutes, you will get an invoice the following Friday for call charges only.

Calls through our toll free system can be routed to other countries. Only callers from within the United States and Canada can directly dial our toll free numbers. However, for a company wishing to do business in the United States but has some or all of its personnel overseas, we can route calls overseas at the rates listed below:

Special 6.9¢ per minute rate for Canada
We are pleased to announce we are now able to offer 6.9¢ per minute (USD) for calls from Canada! This means if a call originates from any of the 48 contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or Canada you only pay 6.9¢ per minute in 6 second increments. For live (connected) calls, pay an additional 4.4¢ per minute. Note that if you purchase a bulk minute plan, calls to and from Canada will not be discounted at the bulk minute rate.
