Telephone Demo

	Acme Consulting is a 3 employee small business. Jane, John, and Dan work from different locations across the country. To hear a live demo, call ACME Consulting at: 1-800-476-4974 Pressing Options 1, 2, and 0 will prompt the narrator to explain the call flow process. Option 3 is an example of the Virtual Marketing Extensions (VME) Feature. The greetings for the demo account above were recorded by MyVPBX's Voice Studio

Example 1 - 2 Employee Small Business

ABC Small Business is able to look more professional to its callers, and function more productively. Callers dialing 1 can get automated company information via sub-menued mailboxes. Sales calls can be transferred to Employee A's cell phone in California, while Technical Support can be Employee B working out of her home office in Massachusetts. If a message is left for Sales, the Employee A would get a call on his cell phone to notify him of the message. With the Web & Email Delivery feature, the message can also be forwarded, as an audio attachment, to his personal email address.

What callers hear: "Thank you for calling ABC company. If you know your party's extension, please dial it now. For company information, or to learn more about our services, dial 1. For sales, dial 2. For customer support, dial 3. For Technical support, dial 4. For a dial-by-name directory, dial 8. If you need to send a fax, you may do so at anytime. Dial 0, or hold, to speak to a customer representative."

Example 2 - Acme Insurance Co.

The three agents in this company are rarely in the office. Therefore, with a GotVMail toll free voicemail system, they are accessible to callers wherever they are. A caller dialing 1 for John Brown, for example, would be placed on hold, with music, while they are transferred to John's cell phone, office phone, home phone, etc. If John is in a meeting or is not available, the caller is sent to his personal voicemail. John can also specify the days of the week and times of day for callers to be transferred to him. Callers dialing 0 will get transferred to the receptionist in the office.

The caller dials 2 --> "Our Silver Widgets are perfect for ages 10 to 15. Dial 1 for style and pricing information. Dial 2 to learn about how Silver Widgets are made. Dial 6 to receive more information by fax. Dial 0 to place an order or dial # to return to the main menu."
